Manage daily operations of a conventional multi-family apartment community: supervise on-site staff, lead leasing and marketing, maintain budgets and financial reports, oversee maintenance and renovation projects, ensure regulatory compliance, handle resident relations, and foster community engagement while working with corporate leadership.
