Paid summer internship for college students (between junior and senior year) offering project-based assignments, job shadowing, and exposure to hospitality businesses. Interns work primarily onsite at the San Rafael home office Monday–Thursday, with optional remote Fridays, and must provide resume and cover letter.

Manage month- and year-end close for the Villa Sport division, prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements, oversee billing, sales audit and general ledger teams, maintain reconciliations, assist with budgeting, external audit, SOPs, and KPI development.
