Provide comprehensive, evidence-based podiatry care including assisting in surgeries, diabetic wound management, biomechanical assessments, orthotic prescription and production, topical medication administration, patient documentation, inventory management, and participation in departmental strategy and quality programs.

Coordinate day-to-day radiology operations and scheduling across modalities, serve as primary contact for patients and clinical teams, verify insurance and pre-authorizations, maintain accurate hospital records, support quality/safety initiatives, and assist radiologists with workflow and urgent imaging coordination.

Lead and supervise delivery of evidence-based pediatric care, diagnose and manage patients, oversee junior medical staff, participate in on-call coverage, contribute to quality improvement, training, audit, research, and administrative duties including recruitment and compliance.

Lead implementation and maintenance of the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS). Conduct risk assessments, business impact analyses, and develop continuity plans. Coordinate with IT/HIM for data recovery, train stakeholders, support audits and regulatory/JCI compliance, participate in emergency response via HICS, produce BCMS reports, and recommend improvements. Report to Readiness and Continuity Manager.

Provide direct nursing care and coordinate patient/family education and transitions for OPD procedure and HSCT infusion patients. Perform assessments, develop individualized care plans, implement evidence-based interventions and medications, document care, lead and supervise junior staff, participate in quality improvement and research, and respond to emergencies while ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Lead and maintain facility-wide quality management and improvement programs, ensuring regulatory and accreditation compliance (DOH, Tasneef, JCI). Oversee performance measurement, data collection/analysis, staff training, audits/inspections, corrective action plans, and cross-department coordination to improve patient safety, outcomes, and satisfaction.

Provide paralegal support including legal research, drafting documents, managing filings and litigation support, coordinating with outside counsel, summarizing testimony, maintaining records, and handling complaints and case filings.

Lead and coordinate operating room nursing operations, staffing, and resource allocation across shifts. Provide clinical oversight, mentor staff, ensure compliance with policies, manage patient flow and safety, participate in quality improvement, and support budget and workforce planning to deliver high-quality perioperative care.

Coordinate and implement facility-wide quality improvement, accreditation, and regulatory readiness. Collaborate with departments to monitor performance, develop action plans, maintain quality documentation, support quality teams, liaise with accreditation bodies, and ensure validated data and timely project completion to improve patient safety and outcomes.

Perform and record EEGs, long‑term video monitoring, evoked potentials, and nerve conduction studies; apply electrodes per 10-20 system; recognize artifacts and annotate findings; assist with EMG, maintain equipment and supplies, and prepare technical EEG/EMU reports to support physician interpretation.

Independently perform neurodiagnostic testing (EEG, long-term video EEG, evoked potentials, nerve conduction studies), maintain equipment and supplies, document procedures, plan lab schedules, supervise and train staff, ensure quality improvement, and cover supervisor duties as needed.

Provide comprehensive nursing care to burn and OR patients including assessment, planning, implementation, medication administration, patient/family education, care coordination, documentation, handovers, and participation in evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and leadership activities. Supervise junior staff and respond to emergencies while maintaining professional standards and promoting patient safety.

Lead day-to-day clinical operations and patient flow on the unit, coordinate staffing and assignments, mentor and supervise nursing staff, ensure safe, high-quality patient care, manage medications and emergencies, liaise with interdisciplinary teams, and drive unit performance improvement and compliance with policies.

Lead month-end management reporting, ad-hoc analyses, budgeting, forecasting and cost studies. Oversee and train Financial Analyst, validate reports for accuracy/compliance, develop templates and financial controls, and present findings to management and board.

Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams, capture and optimize sonographic images, liaise with radiologists, maintain equipment and supplies, ensure quality and safety, monitor patient vitals and provide emergency care as needed.

Manage denial prevention, claim follow-up, rebilling, appeals, and billing accuracy. Coordinate with clinical and billing teams, analyze denial trends, prepare reports, and recommend process improvements to recover revenue.
