Sell and demonstrate SEMA's timber-construction software, translate customer needs into technical solutions, prepare proposals, support onboarding, maintain relationships, track opportunities in CRM, and represent the company at events.

Design, implement, and operate scalable NoSQL and graph database solutions. Own graph data models and query patterns, plan migrations from relational or file-based storage, integrate databases with backend services, ensure performance and reliability in production, and support product teams through guidance and collaboration.

Lead a cloud platform team to design, operate, secure, and scale shared AWS infrastructure and platform services. Provide hands-on technical leadership across networking, CI/CD, observability, incident management, and Infrastructure-as-Code. Mentor engineers, shape strategy and architecture, and ensure platform reliability and availability.

Support and improve CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, and automation across multiple teams. Integrate quality gates and security checks, troubleshoot build issues, standardize templates, assist migrations, document best practices, and grow into advanced DevOps responsibilities.

Design, operate, and modernize PostgreSQL-based relational database platforms for multi-tenant environments. Own schema design, performance tuning, migrations, HA, backup/recovery, and collaborate with backend teams to integrate and standardize database solutions across product teams.
