Responsibilities include territory planning, prospecting, complex negotiations, account management, clinical and financial presentations, CRM administration, competitive positioning, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires frequent customer engagement, approximately 70% travel, technical knowledge of laboratory diagnostics, and the ability to close complex healthcare sales opportunities.

Serves as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, advising on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, talent, compensation, engagement, compliance, organizational effectiveness, and change initiatives. Uses workforce data and business insight to identify trends, resolve complex employee matters, guide leaders, and align HR programs with business objectives across the United States, Canada, and Latin America.

Leads Sysmex America’s talent and organizational development portfolio, including leadership development, succession planning, talent reviews, career development, mentoring, onboarding, and team effectiveness. Translates business priorities and workforce insights into scalable programs, governance, tools, and measurable outcomes. Advises senior leaders and HR partners, facilitates workshops, manages vendors and budgets, oversees talent technology requirements, and drives continuous improvement across a global, matrixed organization.
