Leads corporate account sales for Sysmex diagnostic products and services across federal, state, and local government entities. Develops account business plans, manages complex sales opportunities, identifies decision-makers, coordinates internal resources, negotiates contracts, and achieves annual sales objectives. Requires strong technical knowledge of capital sales, hematology, laboratory workflow, and automation instrumentation, along with expertise in selling to large, complex accounts and willingness to travel 50%.

Leads financial planning and analysis for IT projects, products, and cost centers. Oversees IT budgets, forecasts, portfolio prioritization, software licensing, vendor costs, chargeback models, financial models, and project ROI. Partners with IT, Procurement, and business leaders to optimize spending, track performance, and align investments with company strategy. Presents financial results to IT leadership and provides financial oversight for ERP, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, and analytics initiatives.

Supports US product development for in vitro diagnostic products, coordinating internal teams, Sysmex Group partners, vendors, and contract manufacturers. Responsibilities include managing development projects, applying IVD regulations, supporting verification and validation testing, maintaining design controls and risk management, managing design changes and transfers, troubleshooting project issues, and coordinating product launches with Regulatory, Operations, and Marketing.
