Lead design, deployment and operation of CyberArk-based PAM across managed clients; integrate PAM with identity controls; deploy and maintain security tooling (EDR, SIEM, vulnerability scanning, email security); support Zscaler deployments; automate tooling tasks via scripts/APIs; act as senior escalation for identity/tooling incidents and produce runbooks, standards, and audit evidence.

Lead delivery of multiple cyber security consulting engagements, managing teams to perform maturity, gap and risk assessments. Advise on security strategy, governance, compliance (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, Cyber Essentials, GDPR, DORA), cloud and infrastructure reviews, vulnerability management, and incident preparedness. Support business development, mentor junior staff, assure report quality, and help clients achieve certifications and remediation roadmaps.

Drive net-new logo acquisition (80%) and manage transactional accounts (20%) for an MSP. Build pipeline, lead full sales cycle, engage senior stakeholders, work with pre-sales to deliver proposals, hit revenue targets, and identify upsell/renewal opportunities to grow and retain customers.

Design, implement, monitor, and support WAN/LAN/wireless and firewall infrastructure. Deliver network projects, manage incidents, perform root-cause analysis, coordinate with ISPs/vendors, produce documentation, and support security and continuous improvement.

Lead day-to-day SOC managed services delivery: manage and develop security engineers and analysts, run 24/7 shift and on-call planning, lead major incident response and executive communication, own SOC/SIEM, EDR and vulnerability management, operate Zscaler zero-trust estate, support compliance (ISO27001, Cyber Essentials Plus), and embed AI-assisted SOC workflows.

Manage and grow a portfolio of Tier 1 MSP accounts, build strategic stakeholder relationships, drive cybersecurity service adoption and revenue growth, lead account planning, commercial negotiations, and ensure high customer satisfaction and contract renewals.
