Provides first-line customer support for restaurant management software. Responsibilities include registering and prioritizing requests, troubleshooting basic technical issues, advising customers, resolving email inquiries, supporting delivery integrations, escalating complex problems, documenting solutions, and maintaining positive client relationships. The role requires English and Russian communication, CRM experience, basic computer and networking knowledge, Windows/macOS proficiency, and familiarity with the iiko or Syrve platforms.

Provide first-line technical support to restaurant software customers through email and task management systems. Register, investigate, prioritize, resolve, and escalate client issues; advise users on software functionality and GeCo integration; create knowledge-base instructions; and maintain positive customer relationships. The role requires English and Arabic communication, basic computer and printer skills, Windows/macOS experience, networking knowledge, troubleshooting ability, and CRM proficiency. It is fully remote with a 2-days-on, 2-days-off schedule.
