Supports the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, leave management, internship programs, compliance, and HR recordkeeping. Partners with HR leadership, employees, and organizational leaders to ensure legal compliance, communicate policies, support workplace culture, and advance strategic HR initiatives. The role also requires confidentiality, strong organization, customer service, and proficiency with office, HRIS, and payroll systems.
