The Human Resources Generalist plays a key role in supporting and delivering a wide range of HR services that contribute to a positive employee experience and a thriving workplace culture. This position is responsible for coordinating and supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, leave management, student and internship program coordination, compliance, and HR recordkeeping. The Human Resources Generalist partners closely with HR leadership to ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations, provide compliance education, and promote organizational policies and best practices. This role serves as a trusted resource for employees and leaders while helping advance the organization's strategic human resources initiatives.

This is a full-time, benefited position, totaling 40 hours per week. Hours would be 8:00-4:30 or 8:30-5:00.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree with human resources, business, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years human resources experience, with payroll background desired. Experience within the healthcare industry is highly desired
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective computer skills required with a good functional skill level in Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong attention to detail and deadline adherence
- Excellent time management, organization, and customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high-level of confidentiality
- Demonstrated initiative, self-starter with ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks
- Experience with a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and/or Payroll System preferred
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
