Build Syntro’s technical foundation across the stack, including systems that structure procurement data from emails, spreadsheets, ERP records, quotes, and supplier information. Design reliable AI agents that reason and act under uncertainty, establish scalable architecture and engineering standards, operate production systems, and work closely with customers. The role offers significant ownership over technical decisions, product direction, infrastructure, observability, and eventually the engineering team.

Serve as a force multiplier for the founders across go-to-market, operations, and strategy. Build and close sales pipeline through outbound, conferences, referrals, and partnerships; translate customer feedback into product decisions; prepare investor and partner conversations; and own internal administrative initiatives. The role requires startup operating experience, AI fluency, proven 0-to-1 go-to-market execution, strong communication, decisive problem-solving, and a high bias toward action.

Build Syntro’s AI-powered hardware procurement platform across the frontend and backend. Work directly with procurement customers to identify problems, prototype solutions, define product workflows, and deliver production features. Own customer problems from discovery through adoption, connect procurement data across suppliers and purchasing workflows, and design intelligent human-agent interactions. The role requires strong TypeScript and React skills, product and design judgment, customer empathy, and the ability to build zero-to-one products independently.
