The Process Engineer provides technical guidance for production processes, drives continuous improvement, manages projects, and supports product development in a manufacturing setting.

Lead Americas business development for specialty coatings: analyze markets, prospect and convert new customers, build cross-functional NPD business cases, define a five‑year regional growth plan, and collaborate with R&D, technical service, sales, and marketing to commercialize innovations.

Manage the site Quality Management System and quality team, lead analytical and shift labs, investigate and resolve customer complaints, drive process and product capability improvements, support ISO 9001 compliance and audits, collaborate with technology and global quality teams, and implement tools to reduce variability and improve customer satisfaction.
