Manage multidisciplinary teams, contractors, budgets, risks, compliance (SHE/COMAH), procurement, governance reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Mentor colleagues handling smaller local projects.

The Reliability Engineer improves equipment reliability, safety, and performance at a chemical manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include developing reliability programs, leading root-cause analyses, optimizing preventive and predictive maintenance, analyzing asset-health and downtime data, defining reliability KPIs, supporting capital projects, and ensuring OSHA PSM and mechanical-integrity compliance. The role collaborates with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, SHE, Supply Chain, and contractors, while supporting outages, inspections, training, and continuous improvement.

Provides global technical leadership for electrical, instrumentation, control, and automation systems across chemical manufacturing sites. Supports CAPEX projects, operations, maintenance, procurement, commissioning, compliance, SIS lifecycle management, audits, and continuous improvement. Develops group standards, advises site teams and contractors, and improves EICA safety, reliability, availability, and standardization. Requires extensive industrial control-system experience and leadership across global manufacturing environments.

Process payroll accurately and compliantly, including statutory submissions to EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and the Inland Revenue Board. Maintain employee records, personnel files, payroll documentation, HRIS data, benefits administration, and employment-related letters. Respond to payroll and benefits enquiries, support recognition programs and expatriate immigration matters, and improve HR and payroll workflows while maintaining audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

Leads internal and external corporate communications across US and global audiences. Develops integrated communication plans, employee engagement content, leadership messaging, thought leadership, case studies, social media, website materials, and external campaigns. Manages SharePoint and Viva Engage, partners with senior leaders and subject matter experts, simplifies complex technical information, maintains brand consistency, and uses measurement and audience feedback to improve communication effectiveness.

The Staff Accountant records monthly journal entries, maintains prepaid expense and liability schedules, analyzes general ledger accounts, prepares balance sheet reconciliations, supports internal and external audits, applies global accounting policies, and completes financial reporting surveys. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 1–3 years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of accounting concepts. SAP, Oracle, public accounting, manufacturing, and Business Warehouse experience are preferred.

Provides administrative and clerical support for the Filago site, including scheduling, correspondence, meeting minutes, visitor assistance, expense reconciliation, records management, travel arrangements, office supplies, equipment maintenance, purchase requisitions, events, insurance, and statutory activities. The role is permanent, part-time at 60% or 24 hours weekly, primarily mornings, and requires fluent Italian and English, MS Office proficiency, organization, adaptability, and independent teamwork.
