Lead indirect procurement for China: develop procurement processes and strategies, negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships and risk, maintain indirect spend database and SAP settings, drive cost savings and continuous improvement, build and coach the China procurement team, and ensure compliance with SHE, QM and company policies.

The Sales Director will lead the Coatings Business Unit strategy, driving sales growth and managing the sales team to achieve budget targets and customer growth across the U.S. market.

Manage QC laboratory operations, enhance quality management systems, lead quality investigations, conduct audits, and develop training plans for QA/QC staff.
