The role partners with finance leaders and budget owners, prepares insights for senior leadership, the Board, and investors, identifies efficiency opportunities, and contributes to finance transformation. Advanced analytics, automation, and AI tools are used to improve reporting and planning processes.

Two-year rotational leadership development program preparing participants for operations and engineering leadership in specialty chemical manufacturing. Assignments may include new product scale-up, product transfers, capital project execution and commissioning, manufacturing excellence implementation, and Six Sigma improvement projects. Participants receive mentoring, leadership development, and exposure to multiple operational areas, with potential career paths in operations leadership, manufacturing excellence, or engineering leadership.

Develop procurement analytics solutions, data models, ETL pipelines, Power BI dashboards, forecasting models, risk analytics, and automated reporting. Transform ERP, market, supplier, and commodity data into insights for procurement, finance, and senior leaders. Partner with stakeholders to guide strategic decisions, improve supply chain resilience, automate processes using Power Automate and AI tools, and mentor colleagues.
