Improve Roebuck plant manufacturing efficiency through process improvement, troubleshooting, project leadership, scale-up of R&D to commercial reactors, DCS/OSI PI support, and safety/environmental initiatives.

Support development and scale-up of emulsion adhesive products: optimize formulations and processes, run product transfers, provide polymerization/process expertise, evaluate raw materials, collaborate with R&D, operations and global teams, and ensure SHE, quality and regulatory compliance.

Perform maintenance, repair, assembly and cleaning of plant equipment (pumps, valves, piping). Execute operational tasks (opening/closing apparatus), support inspections, work with external contractors, and ensure safe handling of hazardous materials.
