Coordinate and process domestic and international customer orders, handle inquiries on pricing, product info and delivery, manage returns/credits, maintain customer master data, and liaise with Sales, Logistics, Finance and Operations to deliver timely customer solutions and support global standards.

Lead process engineering for CAPEX projects from concept through commissioning and start-up. Develop BoD, PFDs/P&IDs, mass and energy balances, process calculations, safety studies and risk assessments. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, approve third-party designs, appraise vendors, provide cost estimates, and support construction, commissioning and start-up while ensuring compliance with standards and safety requirements.

The Process Engineer provides technical guidance for production processes, drives continuous improvement, manages projects, and supports product development in a manufacturing setting.
