Support the international sales team by performing market research, maintaining CRM and SPOT data, preparing sales and marketing materials, assisting with sample testing, attending meetings and events, and reporting learnings. The role aims to develop early-career talent with potential transition to a permanent position.

Develop and execute sales strategies for pharmaceutical capital equipment in Korea. Build customer and partner relationships, conduct product demonstrations, translate technical specifications into solutions, support distributors, identify market opportunities, attend industry events, and collaborate with engineering, product development, and marketing teams. Extensive travel throughout Korea is required, along with English fluency and strong technical sales experience.

Responsible for regional capital-equipment sales of horizontal, secondary and vertical food packaging lines. Identify and win new customers, manage existing accounts, prepare offers and reports, negotiate contracts, work with technical teams, and travel domestically and across Europe to meet sales targets and KPIs.
