Own financial steering for major digital technology initiatives, monitor costs, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide strategic financial guidance to the Chief Digital Officer and leadership team. Serve as the interface with central Finance, improve organizational efficiency, support digital strategy execution, and ensure financial transparency across programs.

Coordinates health, safety, environmental, information security, and data protection programs. Responsibilities include risk assessment, compliance monitoring, audits, incident investigations, corrective actions, regulatory documentation, supplier compliance, training, KPI analysis, and continuous improvement. The role serves as a liaison among operations, employees, auditors, regulators, and security and privacy leadership while supporting compliance with OSHA, environmental regulations, ISO standards, GDPR, and internal management systems.

Finance and Controlling Trainee completing rotations through the organization before specializing in controlling. The role includes an extensive development program, close guidance from the plant controller, and progressive training for future responsibilities. Candidates should have a Business Economics or Controlling degree, limited work experience, practical field exposure, leadership potential, strong communication, pragmatism, self-awareness, and a results-oriented mindset.
