Develop and apply multi-omics integration and machine learning methods to curate, QC, analyze and interpret large-scale omics datasets. Build predictive models, collaborate with R&D and IT to deploy tools, validate findings experimentally, and communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders to guide biologicals development.

Execute end-to-end research trials for experimental seed varieties, including planting, maintenance, harvest, phenotyping, and data collection. Operate GPS-equipped tractors/planters and precision ag equipment, input and manage trial data, coordinate with scientists, breeders, growers and CROs, train contract labor, support process improvements, and follow HSE practices. Available for unscheduled work and regional trial support.

Lead design and implementation of AI-powered decision support and planning systems for R&D. Drive backend engineering (Python/Java), architecture, document ingestion, embeddings-based retrieval, testing, security, and scalability. Mentor engineers, collaborate across product and science teams, and maintain technical documentation and compliance.
