Rotational associate role supporting supply chain, production, chemical engineering, and vegetable operations. Leads cross-functional projects, continuous improvement initiatives, technical and business analysis, stakeholder alignment, and implementation of solutions across multiple U.S. locations. The program provides coaching, mentoring, networking, and exposure to senior leaders while developing capabilities in safety, quality, reliability, efficiency, sustainability, and operational performance.

Builds demand for agricultural crop protection solutions within an assigned Northwest Saskatchewan territory. Responsibilities include achieving sales, profit, and market-share targets; developing retailer, grower, and channel-partner relationships; creating customer demand; executing territory and account plans; forecasting; supporting product launches and field events; and managing territory expenses and marketing funds.

Supports the Customer Experience team with promotional-item inventory, ordering, delivery tracking, campaign execution, budgeting, purchase orders, invoices, documentation, vendor coordination, and process improvement. The intern maintains trackers and records, coordinates cross-functional activities, monitors order status, supports events and communications, and helps improve recurring workflows while following brand, compliance, purchasing, and vendor-management procedures.
