Lead Syngenta’s Vegetable Seeds marketing team and drive sustainable growth through brand, portfolio, pricing, customer experience, and go-to-market strategies. Manage marketing budgets, investments, ROI, crop strategies, and performance metrics while optimizing resources across geographies. Coach marketing professionals, guide commercial leaders, align global marketing processes, and collaborate with R&D, production, and supply chain teams to achieve financial and customer objectives.

Provides technical and commercially relevant agronomy guidance for greenhouse tomato and pepper varieties across EAME, especially Northwest Europe. Develops crop-management protocols, advises growers on greenhouse setup and cultivation, translates market and grower insights into variety-positioning recommendations, and supports customer visits, demonstrations, technical events, presentations, and knowledge sharing. Collaborates closely with growers, sales, marketing, and internal stakeholders.

Serves as the primary finance partner for a manufacturing site, overseeing cost reporting, standard costing, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, inventory valuation, financial controls, and CAPEX management. Partners with site leadership, operations, procurement, supply chain, and global finance teams to identify cost drivers, improve processes, support strategic decisions, and ensure alignment with financial and supply objectives.
