Provide process engineering and chemical formulation expertise to improve safety, quality, OEE and cost across formulation and Fill & Pack plants. Lead process improvements, MOC, PSM activities, root cause analysis, new product introductions, project implementation, and day-to-day technical support for production teams.

Lead design, build, test, and support end-to-end Workday HR integrations. Elicit requirements, produce technical specs and interface mappings, manage testing and releases, provide production support, and mentor junior team members.

Define and execute product strategy and lifecycle for seed varieties in the assigned territory. Plan and consolidate trial data, support seed production planning, drive new product introductions, oversee variety naming and registration/IP actions, assess market positioning and pricing, and provide technical support to producers and the sales team to inform portfolio decisions and promotional activities.
