Lead local Process Analytical Technology activities, coordinate the PAT team, and develop analytical applications using an AI pipeline from laboratory and pilot scale through manufacturing. Identify opportunities to improve process analysis and control, collaborate with Swiss manufacturing sites, strengthen global PAT capabilities, and contribute to PAT strategy. The role requires scientific expertise, manufacturing and quality-control knowledge, project management, stakeholder influence, and fluent English.

Leads and manages agricultural field research trials evaluating crop protection products and technologies across diverse crops. Designs efficacy studies, oversees data collection, analyzes results, and provides technical recommendations supporting product development and regulatory labeling. Collaborates with universities, growers, contract research organizations, and extension partners. Delivers technical training, demonstrations, and documentation while operating agricultural equipment and managing multiple research priorities.

Leads the country Finance organization, providing commercial finance leadership, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, business partnering, risk analysis, investment appraisal, statutory reporting, tax oversight, compliance, and board support. Partners with country, regional, and shared-service teams while developing a high-performing Finance team.
