Serves as the welcoming front-desk contact for residents, families, visitors, staff, and vendors. Answers calls, manages messages, supports scheduling and administrative tasks, maintains reception records, and assists with resident billing by processing charges, payments, credits, statements, and account adjustments. Communicates about balances and discrepancies while protecting confidential financial and resident information and providing compassionate customer service.
