Lead new business generation and customer sales by identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, supporting bids and proposals, attending trade shows and events, reporting on targets, gathering market intelligence, resolving customer issues, and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Provide on-site protection of life and property through patrolling, incident response, access control, CCTV monitoring, reporting, and customer service while liaising with management. Work shift-based schedules including days, nights, weekends; use basic IT skills.

Manage client accounts and regional operations: coordinate operations, lead teams, maintain KPIs/SLAs and operational platforms, implement site security procedures, prepare reports, travel regionally, and support internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Process and manage full-cycle payroll, ensure accurate time and data entry, calculate taxes and deductions, administer third-party deductions and P30/P45 returns, maintain payroll software, respond to and resolve employee payroll queries and discrepancies.

Greet and manage visitors as the primary front-of-house contact, maintain an organized reception area, operate the visitor management system, support events and badging, handle public queries, and provide administrative support to safety & security. Deliver high hospitality standards, assist hosts and colleagues, and complete additional projects as assigned.

Manage accounts receivable and debt collection activities, resolve customer queries, produce weekly credit management reports, meet KPI targets, support dunning processes, collaborate with operations across regions, and contribute to ad hoc projects and process improvements.
