Manage and process employee payroll, verify working-time data, calculate taxes and deductions, administer third-party deductions, maintain payroll software, review reports, resolve discrepancies, respond to employee queries, and complete P30 returns and final payments including P45s.

Manages debt collection, accounts receivable, credit control, customer queries, dunning, credit management reporting, and KPI delivery. Maintains accurate records, resolves overdue balances, collaborates with internal teams and customers, and supports process-improvement projects. The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, multitasking, deadline management, and at least two years of similar experience.

Responsible for driving customer sales and new business development, identifying and securing opportunities, managing client relationships, supporting sales strategy, attending business events, maintaining industry intelligence, resolving customer issues, and leading operational initiatives. The role also requires regular reporting on business targets and collaboration with sales and marketing stakeholders to expand the customer base and increase market share.
