Manage full lifecycle of medical claims including charge entry, claim submission, denial resolution, payment posting, AR reconciliation, patient collections, and compliance with HIPAA and payer rules. Collaborate with providers, payers, and internal teams to improve billing accuracy and processes.

Support a marketing team by designing digital and print assets for social, email, paid ads, and in-clinic materials; maintain brand consistency, resize and edit creatives, contribute ideas in brainstorming, and assist with light video/visual content. This is an onsite, paid part-time internship requiring a portfolio and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
