Designs print and digital marketing materials, social media graphics, promotional assets, event signage, clinic collateral, website graphics, and internal communications materials. Prepares files for print vendors, updates creative assets, manages multiple projects, supports advertising campaigns, and maintains brand consistency across deliverables. Collaborates with internal teams while working independently in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

Leads strategic and daily pharmacy operations, including staff development, workflow optimization, regulatory compliance, medication safety, inventory, vendor management, budgeting, KPIs, and continuous improvement. The role partners with executive and cross-functional leaders to build scalable processes, improve efficiency, manage resources, and support organizational growth. Candidates must be licensed pharmacists residing in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, work onsite in Colleyville, and be willing to relocate to Houston in the future.
