Manage end-to-end customer contract process, negotiate financial and contractual terms, coordinate with Pricing/Proposals and Project Leads, maintain CRM and contract records, meet departmental metrics and turnaround times, and support resolution of contractual and financial issues. Occasional travel (up to 25%).

Provide HR shared-services support including onboarding/offboarding, records management, benefits and compensation administration, HRIS data integrity, compliance with GDPR/SOX/local laws, root-cause analysis, SOP updates, and international HR support (visas, transfers). Collaborate with HR COEs and HRBPs, train and guide junior staff, and contribute to process improvements and People Operations projects.

Lead product strategy and lifecycle for pharmacovigilance and safety systems, aligning product vision with business goals, stakeholders, and customer needs. Drive market analysis, KPIs, resource allocation, risk mitigation, partnerships, and cross-functional teams to deliver and improve safety-related products (e.g., Argus, Aeris).
