Lead end-to-end RTSM/IRT/eCOA system delivery for multiple clinical trials: define requirements, manage vendors, oversee system design, UAT, validation, change control, access and training, and ensure SOP/compliance and inspection readiness while partnering with clinical and cross-functional teams.

Provide clinical support within drug development operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to represent customer needs, support trial activities, and contribute to clinical solutions. Duties are flexible and may be assigned as required.

Perform site qualification, initiation, monitoring, management and close-out visits ensuring ICH-GCP/GPP and protocol compliance; review source documents/CRFs, verify informed consent and investigational product handling, support TMF/ISF reconciliation, document activities, support recruitment/retention, train/mentor junior CRAs, and participate in audits and investigator/sponsor meetings. May perform RWLP-specific chart abstraction and local regulatory tasks.
