Sell Syndio's pay governance and compensation intelligence platform to large enterprises. Manage full sales cycle from prospecting and demos to RFPs and closing. Build territory and account plans, develop pipeline, collaborate with subject-matter experts, and drive adoption by HR, Total Rewards, Legal, and Talent Acquisition leaders.

Lead and scale a Professional Services/Implementation organization for a B2B SaaS product. Provide frontline people management, capacity planning, resourcing and assignment logic, project-plan rigor, delivery quality standards, and repeatable methodologies (SOWs, estimation, change orders). Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, and Customer Success and own delivery for strategic accounts while building tooling, trackers, and playbooks to ensure predictable, on-time, on-scope implementations.

Lead and scale Syndio's strategic partner ecosystem across HCM platforms, global systems integrators, and service providers. Build executive relationships, create joint go-to-market plans, enable partner sales and implementation, drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, and coordinate cross-functionally to measure, optimize, and expand the partner program.

Own and grow a book of enterprise accounts for a compensation intelligence SaaS platform: drive adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion by advising CHRO/CFO stakeholders, orchestrating cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable value that converts into renewals and multi-product expansion.

Own co-marketing across Syndio's strategic partner portfolio: act as primary marketing liaison, manage ongoing marketplace upkeep and launch motions, build a co-marketing hub, create co-branded assets and campaigns, enable sellers, coordinate GTM plays with revenue teams, ensure product messaging accuracy, audit partner materials, and track program performance and influenced pipeline.

Own and evolve Syndi, an agent runtime powering in-product chat and integrations. Design, ship, and operate core runtime surfaces (agent loop, tool execution, memory, context), build eval systems, ensure observability and reliability, review consumer integrations, and implement compliance and legal requirements for production LLM systems.
