The Staff Data Engineer will define the architecture of Syndio's data platform, build data pipelines, and enable AI-driven decision workflows across the organization.

Lead the People function as a strategic partner to the CEO, building AI-native people systems, driving leadership effectiveness, performance architecture, org design, culture, engagement, compensation philosophy, and scalable people operations to support company growth and transformation.

The role involves managing product messaging, coordinating product launches, conducting competitive intelligence, and enhancing collaborative efforts among various teams. The Specialist ensures accurate market positioning and assists in sales enablement with actionable insights and competitive analysis.

Provide high-quality administrative and GTM operations support to senior revenue, marketing, and legal leaders: manage complex multi-timezone calendars and travel, prepare executive materials, maintain GTM tools (Salesforce, Gong, ClientSuccess), handle expense reporting and vendor logistics, coordinate GTM events, and build lightweight AI-assisted workflows to increase executive efficiency.

Lead enterprise SaaS onboarding and implementation to drive adoption, define KPIs, and accelerate time-to-value. Manage customer relationships, execute onboarding programs, deliver adoption and satisfaction metrics (45/90/120 days), and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to scale playbooks and ensure long-term retention and growth.
