Build, maintain, and optimize integration platforms and workflows (iPaaS) to automate data flows across HRIS/ATS/CRM/ERP systems. Manage connectors/APIs, troubleshoot errors, monitor performance, document best practices, enable repeatable onboarding, and collaborate with engineering and customer success to improve reliability and observability.

Lead and scale Syndio's strategic partner ecosystem across HCM platforms, global systems integrators, and service providers. Build executive relationships, create joint go-to-market plans, enable partner sales and implementation, drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, and coordinate cross-functionally to measure, optimize, and expand the partner program.

Own product marketing operational systems and content to enable Sales, SE, and field teams. Build and run competitive intelligence and win/loss programs, manage review platforms, coordinate go-to-market launches, translate roadmap updates into field-ready content, and synthesize market insights to inform positioning and sales enablement.
