Own and administer Salesforce and the connected GTM stack, run deal desk and commission operations, manage monthly/quarterly revenue close, maintain territory and quota books, and systematically automate recurring manual processes while evaluating and deploying AI and agentic tooling across revenue workflows.

Sell Syndio's pay governance and compensation intelligence platform to large enterprises. Manage full sales cycle from prospecting and demos to RFPs and closing. Build territory and account plans, develop pipeline, collaborate with subject-matter experts, and drive adoption by HR, Total Rewards, Legal, and Talent Acquisition leaders.
