Staff Software Developer responsible for scaling high-performance pay equity data workflows across ingestion, validation, modeling, and reporting. The role focuses on distributed systems, PostgreSQL optimization, orchestration, resiliency, observability, testing, and agentic AI tooling. Responsibilities include improving performance for large datasets, designing reliable workflow automation, establishing engineering standards, mentoring teammates, and building trustworthy agent evaluation and human-review systems.

Leads applied research from study design through analysis, publication, and executive presentation. Combines proprietary pay data with labor-market, survey, and benchmark datasets; develops causal, quasi-experimental, ROI, and outcome models; and translates findings for CHROs, CFOs, customers, product teams, and account teams. Requires strong quantitative programming in Python or R and SQL, survey and psychometric expertise, executive communication skills, and sound judgment around privacy and data use.
