Owns Syndio’s Strategic Advisors program, executive customer experiences, and industry analyst relationships. Builds trusted relationships with senior executives, designs briefings and peer forums, converts executive engagement into business opportunities, and provides market insights to leadership. Partners with Marketing, Sales, Product, the CEO, and senior leadership to strengthen credibility, influence buying decisions, and drive revenue. The role also recruits and supports external advisors, facilitates executive programming, and requires some travel.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from pipeline generation through close, while managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals and RFPs. Build territory and account plans, conduct product demonstrations, forecast accurately, and collaborate with ADRs, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and subject-matter experts. The role requires consultative selling to executive buyers, outbound prospecting, travel for customer meetings and events, and comfort operating autonomously in a fast-changing environment.

Own enterprise client relationships across UK and EU accounts, driving platform adoption, renewals, retention, and expansion. Advise CHRO, CFO, HR, legal, and finance stakeholders on pay governance and EU Pay Transparency Directive readiness. Lead platform walkthroughs, enablement, usage tracking, executive alignment, and commercial strategy while managing GRR, NRR, quota, and a multi-country account book. Coordinate internal experts and build long-term, strategic customer partnerships.
