The role involves managing product messaging, coordinating product launches, conducting competitive intelligence, and enhancing collaborative efforts among various teams. The Specialist ensures accurate market positioning and assists in sales enablement with actionable insights and competitive analysis.

Provide high-quality administrative and GTM operations support to senior revenue, marketing, and legal leaders: manage complex multi-timezone calendars and travel, prepare executive materials, maintain GTM tools (Salesforce, Gong, ClientSuccess), handle expense reporting and vendor logistics, coordinate GTM events, and build lightweight AI-assisted workflows to increase executive efficiency.
