Responsibilities include prospecting, discovery, tailored demos, business-case development, multi-stakeholder negotiations, closing net-new accounts, pipeline forecasting in Salesforce, and collaboration with SDRs, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Product. The role also contributes to sales playbooks, messaging, qualification criteria, and go-to-market strategy for a growing strategic segment.

Provide phone/chat/email technical support for a SaaS MSP platform: troubleshoot issues, document tickets, escalate complex problems, build knowledge base, collaborate with sales/dev teams, and maintain high customer satisfaction while meeting performance metrics.
