Responsibilities include root cause analysis across application, infrastructure, and network domains and supporting software deployment and testing.

Lead GEO, SEO, content, and digital visibility strategies for enterprise life sciences clients. Advise pharma, biotech, medtech, and healthcare organizations on AI search optimization, technical and semantic SEO, HCP and DTC engagement, omnichannel strategy, regulatory considerations, and content architecture. Facilitate executive workshops, develop strategic frameworks, manage senior stakeholders, and guide cross-functional teams across digital, medical, brand, and account functions.

Analyze and support COBOL mainframe systems across BAU and modernization initiatives. Migrate components to Java and Python, transition VSAM data to relational databases, support onboarding and process changes, and contribute to proofs of concept involving file access, concurrency, and database patterns. Provide U.S. time-zone coverage with late-day Eastern Time overlap and occasional issue triage.

Designs and leads enterprise cloud migration strategies across GCP and AWS. Develops target architectures, migration roadmaps, technical documentation, Terraform infrastructure, DevSecFinOps CI/CD pipelines, and AI testing integrations. Requires deep GCP cloud-native expertise, global cloud infrastructure experience, strong stakeholder communication, and delivery leadership. Multi-cloud certifications and GCP professional certifications are preferred.

Leads full-stack engineering for business-critical production applications, owning both development and ongoing operations. Responsibilities include designing APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, integrations, and messaging architectures; implementing cloud and containerized platforms; managing CI/CD, testing, observability, feature flagging, security, IAM, and vulnerability management; and making technical decisions while managing stakeholders.
