Installs, maintains, upgrades, and administers software using SMP/E, JCL, ISPF/TSO, VTAM, TCP/IP, IBM Connect, CA tools, and BMC AMI tools. Designs mainframe infrastructure and architecture while providing technical leadership, project and program management, and stakeholder communication.
