Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, web technologies, integrations, and SaaS platforms. The role requires strong ServiceNow development experience, ITIL knowledge, technical consulting capabilities, and relevant ServiceNow certifications. Preferred qualifications include deeper platform experience, additional product-line expertise, ITSM implementation certification, infrastructure technology knowledge, and Agile/Scrum implementation experience.

Support production NVIDIA GPU infrastructure, including Kubernetes clusters and DGX components. Troubleshoot GPU environments using NVIDIA V100 or A100 hardware, deploy and maintain LLMs and open-source models, apply updates and patches, use scripting, and diagnose infrastructure outages.

Leads procurement and sourcing initiatives, including negotiations, contract authoring, stakeholder influence, strategic presentations, and cross-functional workstream management. The role requires developing data-driven sourcing strategies, simplifying complex information for senior leadership, and using procurement software such as Ivalua and Sirion. Candidates should have substantial sourcing experience, preferably in financial services, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives independently.
