Provides administrative and entry-level editorial support for medical communications and marketing programs. Responsibilities include obtaining and tracking copyrighted assets, preparing submission trackers and annotated deliverables, managing references and project folders in Veeva Vault and company systems, troubleshooting database issues, training colleagues, and proofreading or copy editing content. The role coordinates with editorial, medical, and project management teams and requires strong organization, accuracy, writing, communication, and multitasking skills.

Provide day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance management, employee relations, HR operations, payroll/benefits administration, HRIS and records maintenance, compliance, and culture and engagement initiatives while partnering with leadership to improve processes and employee retention.

Lead copy development for pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing across digital and print channels. Translate complex scientific data into accurate, audience-appropriate messaging for HCPs and patients, collaborate with creative and medical teams, manage resourcing and timelines, and ensure regulatory-compliant, high-quality deliverables.
