Processes high-volume vendor invoices, performs three-way matching, executes payment runs, resolves discrepancies, manages treasury files, and supports month-end close. Maintains accurate, audit-ready documentation and responds to vendor inquiries. Requires full-cycle accounts payable experience, knowledge of accounting and general ledger procedures, strong Excel and data-entry skills, and proficiency with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.

The Manager of Capital Projects will oversee capital works and maintenance projects, ensuring effective communication, documentation, and management of scope, schedule, and cost while maintaining safety and quality standards.
