Directs daily land application operations, supervising field employees, drivers, and contractors while coordinating logistics, equipment, safety, regulatory compliance, documentation, scheduling, budgets, and customer or landowner communications. Monitors truck utilization, verifies loads and field readiness, tracks material applications, conducts field inspections, and reports operational status. Daily local travel and work around vehicles, heavy equipment, and biosolids are required.

Manages the designated plant’s daily operations, P&L, staff leadership, safety, environmental and regulatory compliance. Drives financial performance, customer retention, employee development, resource planning, project execution, and continuous improvement. Maintains a safe operating environment and ensures facility personnel, equipment, processes, and technical maintenance systems support business goals. The role requires plant-floor mobility, emergency call-out availability, and potential international travel.

Manage site Operations and Maintenance staff to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, equipment performance, and efficient production. Oversee budgets, employee development, outage planning, root-cause failure analysis, and continuous improvement to meet customer and company goals.
