Oversee plant operations and maintenance, supervise maintenance staff, lead troubleshooting and repairs, drive continuous improvement (5S, Lean, Six Sigma), manage budgets and KPIs, implement predictive/preventive maintenance and CMMS use, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, and support hiring, training, and vendor coordination.

Manages the designated plant’s daily operations, P&L, staff leadership, safety, environmental and regulatory compliance. Drives financial performance, customer retention, employee development, resource planning, project execution, and continuous improvement. Maintains a safe operating environment and ensures facility personnel, equipment, processes, and technical maintenance systems support business goals. The role requires plant-floor mobility, emergency call-out availability, and potential international travel.

Manage administrative operations for a facility, maintain accurate operational and financial data, reconcile and validate invoices, generate reports, support billing and month-end activities, and ensure data integrity across multiple software systems while coordinating with facility leadership and vendors.
