Provides confidential administrative and clerical support for a facility, including calls, visitors, filing, correspondence, scheduling, mail, payroll summaries, expenses, data entry, office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility records. Assists Accounting with purchase orders, invoice coding, accounts payable, and month-end close, while supporting HR documentation. Requires discretion, organization, accurate typing, communication skills, and the ability to prioritize work with limited supervision.

The Manager of Capital Projects will oversee capital works and maintenance projects, ensuring effective communication, documentation, and management of scope, schedule, and cost while maintaining safety and quality standards.
