Leads enterprise software architecture and development across web, cloud, and service-oriented systems. Collaborates with executives, product management, development, IT, and DevOps to define requirements, evaluate technologies, partition complex systems, and establish robust designs. Provides technical guidance, documentation, architecture governance, troubleshooting, and mentorship. Contributes to core code, API and infrastructure design, technical reviews, and RFP responses while ensuring maintainable, scalable, and secure solutions.

Processes and researches invoices, returns, credits, refunds, and overdue accounts. Reconciles customer accounts, resolves disputes, maintains customer records and master files, supports vendor onboarding, prepares journal entries, and coordinates between finance and sales. Provides guidance, training, and coaching to team members while ensuring compliance with accounting policies.

Develops ETL processes, database applications, stored procedures, integrations, Windows and web services, and full-stack solutions. The role focuses on Java and Spring Boot development, SQL performance optimization, REST APIs, microservices, and legacy-system modernization. Responsibilities include troubleshooting production issues, supporting internal teams, collaborating with client-facing groups, creating technical demonstrations, and mentoring junior developers. Backend and integration expertise is foundational, with preferred experience in iPaaS platforms, AWS, healthcare SaaS, and modern front-end technologies.
