Lead and manage the fire protection design department, overseeing budgets, software standards, QA/QC on high-risk projects, talent development, client and AHJ relations, and departmental profitability and KPIs.

Manage tenant improvement projects by coordinating with contractors, designers, field supervisors, purchasing, and AHJ. Prepare schedules of values, change orders, purchase orders, read and negotiate scopes, ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets, maintain customer relationships, and support cross-department communication and documentation.

Prepare detailed AutoCAD layouts and assembly drawings for fire sprinkler systems, perform site surveys, calculate dimensions, ensure NFPA and local code compliance, coordinate with trades via BIM, produce RFIs, obtain permits, and communicate project progress with design leadership.

Manage tenant improvement projects: pre-planning, scheduling, budgeting, scope negotiation, change orders, purchase orders, blueprint and contract review, stakeholder communication, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while collaborating with contractors, designers, field teams, and AHJs.

Lead end-to-end procurement, warehouse, fabrication shop, and delivery operations. Manage vendor negotiations, MRP-based material planning, inventory control with 5S, safety and NFPA compliance, production scheduling, kitting, dispatching drivers, and logistics to ensure timely, accurate, and budget-compliant material delivery.
