Inspect, test, and maintain fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems according to NFPA standards and local requirements. Identify and document deficiencies, complete AES 2.1 reports, use company software, manage inspection routes, communicate findings to customers, and coordinate with internal teams. The role requires troubleshooting, accurate documentation, safe fieldwork, customer service, physical labor, ladder work, and operation of company vehicles.

Supports fire sprinkler projects through planning, CAD design, hydraulic calculations, estimating, code review, documentation, scheduling, and contractor coordination. Reviews construction documents, prepares drawings and cost estimates, maintains project records, communicates project updates, and helps ensure compliance with safety, quality, and fire protection standards. The role also supports standpipe and fire pump design and requires occasional construction-site visits.

Lead and manage the fire protection design department, overseeing budgets, software standards, QA/QC on high-risk projects, talent development, client and AHJ relations, and departmental profitability and KPIs.

Manage tenant improvement projects by coordinating with contractors, designers, field supervisors, purchasing, and AHJ. Prepare schedules of values, change orders, purchase orders, read and negotiate scopes, ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets, maintain customer relationships, and support cross-department communication and documentation.

Lead end-to-end procurement, warehouse, fabrication shop, and delivery operations. Manage vendor negotiations, MRP-based material planning, inventory control with 5S, safety and NFPA compliance, production scheduling, kitting, dispatching drivers, and logistics to ensure timely, accurate, and budget-compliant material delivery.
