Coordinates staffing coverage for rehabilitation communities across Illinois, managing schedules, therapist placements, float staff, PRN availability, time-off coverage, staffing calls, and contract therapist documentation. The role partners with rehab leaders, recruiters, HR, and corporate management to address staffing needs, support onboarding, reduce overtime and contract usage, and maintain accurate staffing and HRIS records. It is a fully remote operational position requiring flexibility for occasional after-hours, holiday, or weekend coverage.

The role serves as a liaison between pharmacy operations and client communities, requires a valid nursing license, at least two years of clinical experience, and flexibility to travel across client and pharmacy locations.
