Responsibilities involve scheduled and on-demand deliveries, route coverage, navigation, and maintaining required business and vehicle documentation. Drivers must have a valid license, commercial insurance, a reliable registered vehicle, business credentials, smartphone access, and pass drug, motor vehicle record, and background screenings. Full COVID-19 vaccination is required.

Coordinates staffing coverage for rehabilitation communities across Illinois, managing schedules, therapist placements, float staff, PRN availability, time-off coverage, staffing calls, and contract therapist documentation. The role partners with rehab leaders, recruiters, HR, and corporate management to address staffing needs, support onboarding, reduce overtime and contract usage, and maintain accurate staffing and HRIS records. It is a fully remote operational position requiring flexibility for occasional after-hours, holiday, or weekend coverage.

Evaluate, plan, and deliver individualized physical therapy programs for patients in senior living communities. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document progress, maintain productivity standards, and support Physical Therapist Assistants. The role is open to full-time and PRN clinicians at all experience levels, including new graduates, with mentorship available.
