Deliver end-to-end BI and analytics solutions using Power BI and the Microsoft data stack. Translate stakeholder needs into datasets, dashboards, statistical models, and ML analyses. Collaborate with architects and ETL developers, support SSIS/ETL work, document deliverables, and provide knowledge transfer and training to enable data-driven decision-making.

Lead QA efforts across the product lifecycle: develop test strategies and plans, execute manual and automated tests (including AODA and performance testing), manage defects and triage, support UAT, prepare test data and SQL-based data validation, review specs, and document testing artifacts while collaborating with developers and stakeholders to ensure enterprise system quality.

Manage month-, quarter-, and year-end closings, prepare IFRS financial statements, oversee general ledger and accounting operations, coordinate audits, maintain controls and reporting systems, support budgeting/forecasting, and provide financial analysis and leadership to cross-functional teams.
