Provide bilingual (English/French) Level 1 IT service desk support via phone, email, and remote tools. Record incidents in ITSM, diagnose desktop, email, Microsoft Office and business app issues, support mobile and conferencing devices, escalate complex problems, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Provide hands-on administration and production support for Oracle EPM Cloud, ensuring stability and data integrity during budgeting, forecasting, and month/year-end cycles. Maintain metadata, forms, Smart View templates, integrations, calculation scripts, and cube hierarchies. Troubleshoot integrations, support business users, document changes, and prepare knowledge-transfer/runbooks for internal teams.

Lead end-to-end I&IT business analysis: elicit, document, model, and validate requirements; develop business cases and feasibility studies; facilitate stakeholders; support Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall delivery; create traceability, reporting, and governance to ensure successful technology solution delivery.
