Lead cross-functional projects and business initiatives through the full lifecycle, from discovery and planning through delivery and close-out. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, scope and change management, risk and dependency management, governance, executive reporting, Agile and hybrid delivery, and coordination of communications, marketing, digital, content, events, partnerships, and engagement workstreams.

Lead large-scale, complex I&IT projects from planning through implementation and closeout. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, vendors, project teams, governance, stakeholder communications, technology transitions, and executive reporting. Coordinate across business, IT, finance, procurement, privacy, security, and legal functions while applying Agile, Kanban, and established project-management methodologies. The role is onsite five days per week in Toronto.

The Business Analyst will lead requirements elicitation, stakeholder workshops, process reengineering, business and data modeling, user-story development, and business-case preparation for medium- to large-scale I&IT initiatives. The role supports Agile delivery, UX and technical design, QA and UAT, change management, risk mitigation, vendor evaluations, production issues, and stakeholder communication. This position is fully onsite in Toronto for a 12-month engagement.
