Develop, integrate, test, maintain, and support enterprise Siebel and Oracle applications. Responsibilities include Siebel configuration, custom development, EIM/EAI integrations, Open UI work, Oracle PL/SQL and SQL development, report creation using OBIEE and Power BI, troubleshooting, migration support, documentation, and SDLC collaboration. The role requires extensive Siebel experience, integration with Adobe AEM and J2EE, Oracle E-Business expertise, and onsite work five days per week in Toronto.

Develops, tests, deploys, maintains, and troubleshoots Oracle E-Business Suite applications throughout the SDLC. Responsibilities include translating specifications into code, supporting Oracle GL, AR, Collections, AP, INV, and FND modules, conducting impact assessments and conversions, tuning SQL, supporting ETL and data warehouse environments, and assisting with implementation and migration activities. The role also documents solutions, resolves technical issues, collaborates with stakeholders, and oversees technical quality assurance.

Leads large-scale, complex IT projects from planning through implementation, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, dependencies, governance, and stakeholder expectations. Oversees project teams, executive reporting, change management, compliance, funding, and delivery quality within a public sector environment. The role requires strong leadership, communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and financial management skills, with extensive onsite collaboration.
