The Senior UX/UI Designer will own design features at Syllo, collaborating closely with design, product, and engineering teams to deliver polished user experiences, managing design systems and iterating efficiently.

The Staff Engineer will lead the Systems team, design scalable cloud infrastructure, optimize data pipelines, and ensure platform reliability and security.

Lead operational execution for Product & Engineering: drive day-to-day SDLC, manage work from triage to completion, maintain GitHub Projects as source of truth, coordinate cross-functional teams, remove blockers, and improve engineering processes and delivery predictability.

Own and organize the product documentation library; author internal and client-facing documentation across the litigation lifecycle; produce procedural guides, decision trees, and visual workflow diagrams; write quick-turn responses to client questions; edit and polish release notes and translate developer updates into client-centric value propositions.

Lead design and implementation of a production inference platform for LLMs. Define roadmap, integrate and optimize inference runtimes, manage GPU infrastructure, and build systems for deployment, autoscaling, observability, and operational excellence. Lead and own Syllo's QA strategy, build scalable automated testing frameworks integrated into CI/CD, and drive quality across Engineering, Product, and Customer Success. Champion QA processes, measure and improve release standards, reproduce and validate complex customer issues, and leverage AI/LLM tools to modernize test generation, failure analysis, and automation to increase release confidence and reduce manual testing.

Own the technical roadmap for Company Operations, translating business needs into engineering specifications, prioritizing sprints, allocating capacity, and ensuring quality delivery. Partner with data engineering to evolve warehouse structures, establish business logic, validate data, and support financial and go-to-market reporting. Collaborate cross-functionally on build-versus-buy decisions, perform hands-on QA and data validation, and prototype with AI coding tools.

Build and scale AI-first internal tools, including document parsing engines, Slack applications, workflow utilities, and LLM evaluation systems. Develop automated testing and benchmarking for non-deterministic AI outputs, integrate LLM APIs, and partner with Finance, Legal, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations teams. Establish best practices for AI-assisted software development while delivering maintainable, secure, reliable full-stack solutions.

Designs and implements lean operational systems across the company, including workflow improvements, communication protocols, Slack structures, reporting cadences, documentation hubs, and knowledge repositories. The role identifies operational bottlenecks, solves root causes, improves cross-functional alignment, and reduces administrative friction. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in operational excellence, process management, business operations, or management consulting within high-growth technology environments.

Manage Syllo’s internal software portfolio and design streamlined, automated business operations. Responsibilities include evaluating build-versus-buy decisions, managing SaaS licenses and vendors, integrating CRM, finance, legal, and operations systems, deploying AI and low-code workflows, and translating validated requirements into custom engineering handoffs. The role partners cross-functionally to optimize software costs, data flows, access provisioning, and operational scalability.

Build and maintain API integrations connecting third-party SaaS platforms with internal systems. Develop data extraction interfaces and resilient pipelines into BigQuery, including monitoring and recovery. Create operational dashboards for Finance, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success using frontend technologies. Evaluate configuration versus custom development, collaborate with Data Engineering, and use AI tools to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation.

Own company-wide corporate IT infrastructure for a remote workforce, including identity and access management, endpoint devices, SaaS applications, hardware provisioning, vendor relationships, and IT support. Implement AI-driven workflows to automate ticketing and issue reporting, maintain SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance evidence, partner with Security Engineering, and create scalable documentation and runbooks.

Own internal communications and change adoption during rapid organizational growth. Develop change management playbooks, rollout messaging, training programs, self-paced guides, and video walkthroughs. Measure adoption, gather feedback, and refine enablement strategies. Manage monthly town halls and executive preparation, including presentations, Q&A screening, speaker coordination, and logistics. Partner with executives and project leads to align communications with technical and operational roadmaps.

Own technical credibility in enterprise sales: run technical discovery, deliver problem-focused demos, design and execute POCs, support security/compliance reviews, and build reusable pre-sales assets for litigation AI deployments.

Design and lead enterprise change management strategies for law firms and corporate legal teams, drive stakeholder engagement and enablement, manage resistance, create readiness assessments, travel to client sites up to 50%, and refine change playbooks to maximize adoption and value.

Lead value engineering for pre-sales: build ROI and profitability models, conduct deep discovery into client workflows and costs, deliver executive briefings, scope and structure deals, create reusable value frameworks and ROI tools, and partner cross-functionally to scale value-selling across the organization.

Lead account management to drive net revenue retention and expansion ARR. Build and manage an AM team, define expansion playbooks, manage strategic accounts and executive relationships, partner with CS and Sales, and surface market intelligence to leadership.

Design and run onboarding, ongoing training, playbooks, and measurement for AEs, BDRs, and SEs. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to translate product and market intelligence into behavior-changing enablement that improves ramp, pipeline quality, and win rates.

Lead FP&A and strategic finance for a high-growth B2B SaaS company. Own planning, rolling forecasts, integrated financial models, SaaS metrics, pricing, unit economics, GTM finance, and investor reporting. Partner with Sales, Rev Ops, Accounting, and Data to model scenarios, support deal desk, analyze pipeline, and drive fundraising diligence. Promote automation and deliver actionable insights to inform hiring, pricing, and cash runway decisions.
