Teams at Syllo

Lead and build Syllo's revenue operations function: architect and administer HubSpot, own CRM and sales tool stack, deliver defensible revenue forecasts, automate commission tracking, and provide capacity and productivity analysis to drive territory, quota, and headcount decisions. Hands-on role initially, with opportunity to scale the function into a team.

Serve as first point of contact for clients, troubleshoot product and technical issues, conduct live walkthroughs, write help content, document solutions, escalate recurring issues to product/engineering, and participate in product testing.

As a Sales Solution Architect at Syllo, you will lead technical demonstrations, manage Proofs of Concept, conduct technical discovery, and communicate customer feedback to the Product team while driving sales in the legal sector.
