Build and lead Sygnia's Customer Success function while managing strategic enterprise customers end-to-end. Drive adoption, retention, and expansion, monitor customer health, handle escalations and post-incident activities, influence product roadmap, define success methodologies, and recruit and scale a global Customer Success team.

Lead day-to-day operations and scaling of Sygnia's first US MDR site, managing staffing, processes, client relationships, and incident escalation while partnering with global leadership to ensure operational readiness and high service quality.

Conduct hands-on forensic and incident response investigations, including host and network forensics, log and malware analysis, threat hunting, tool development, collaboration with client IT/security teams, and production of detailed investigation reports.

Design and implement backend components and a high-throughput data pipeline processing terabytes/day. Ensure performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency. Drive engineering best practices (testing, observability, CI/CD), operate cloud-native infrastructure, and mentor engineers while collaborating across teams.

Lead and perform end-to-end forensic investigations and incident response for complex cyberattacks. Conduct log, host, network, memory, and malware analysis; threat hunt for APTs; identify IOCs/TTPs; use and improve investigation tooling and playbooks; communicate findings and recommendations to technical and executive stakeholders.

Lead the end-to-end customer onboarding and data ingestion product, designing self-serve and guided workflows for agent deployment, log collection, integrations, validation and troubleshooting. Define onboarding metrics, collaborate with MDR/IR/security engineering, translate operational challenges into scalable features, and build AI-driven onboarding and data-processing capabilities.
