Provide high-volume customer support to business customers, managing correspondence, enquiries, applications, service requests, and billing queries. Support users with Sydney Water systems, maintain accurate data, follow up on device compliance, manage SAP exceptions, and collaborate with internal teams and service providers. Manage a collaborative scientific program assessing wastewater impacts on waterways. Responsibilities include coordinating multidisciplinary teams, regulators, experts, monitoring programs, analytical outputs, stakeholder engagement, community consultation, budgets, risks, schedules, vendors, and environmental decision-making. The role also requires embedding Aboriginal cultural values, balancing technical and customer priorities, and communicating complex scientific information clearly.

Leads investment assurance activities across Sydney Water’s capital portfolio, reviewing business cases and investment proposals, facilitating gateway reviews, and providing strategic commercial advice to executives. The role oversees governance and assurance processes, builds senior stakeholder relationships, and leads, coaches, and develops a team of specialist Investment Analysts supporting infrastructure, transformation, and digital programs.
