Coordinate Sydney Airport’s 24/7 aviation security operations, monitor contractor performance against security standards, manage incident responses, analyze performance, support investigations, improve procedures and training, and reinstate secure zones after works, events, or breaches. The role requires strong stakeholder coordination, calm decision-making under pressure, operational excellence, attention to detail, adaptability, and commitment to airport and community safety.

Lead FP&A for Sydney Airport’s Commercial business unit, overseeing budgets, forecasts, reporting, variance analysis, financial models, scenario planning, and business cases. Partner with Property, Retail, Hotels, and Car Parks to provide commercial insights and decision support. Improve reporting and forecasting processes through automation and Power BI, while managing, coaching, and developing five financial analysts.

Lead commercial development opportunities across Sydney Airport’s estate from concept and feasibility through business case approval. Assess market demand, planning pathways, development economics, risks, operational impacts and highest-and-best-use scenarios. Partner with Finance on DCF, IRR, NPV and sensitivity analysis, prepare investment briefs, guide governance stage gates, and influence senior stakeholders across commercial, planning, operations and delivery teams.
