The Account Executive will sell Sydecar’s SPV product, own a sales quota and book of business, manage leads through closing, conduct product demonstrations, and grow customer value through upselling and cross-selling. Responsibilities include pipeline and CRM management, tracking sales metrics, gathering customer feedback, and collaborating with Customer Experience, Marketing, and Product teams. The role is hybrid in San Francisco and includes modest business travel and local industry events.

Lead and coach a BDR team while owning top-of-funnel pipeline generation. Responsibilities include hiring and developing representatives, setting KPIs, designing inbound and outbound campaigns, refining qualification and handoff processes, maintaining sales playbooks, managing HubSpot records and reporting, analyzing funnel performance, and engaging high-priority prospects. The role is hybrid in New York City with two to three in-office days weekly.

Drive sales pipeline through inbound lead engagement, campaign execution, prospect research, lead qualification, nurturing, and appointment scheduling. Build and maintain full-stack software applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Nest.js, Prisma, and PostgreSQL. Design multi-part solutions, develop unit and end-to-end tests, collaborate with product, QA, and support teams, participate in code reviews, and apply emerging technologies and AI-centric development workflows.

The General Counsel will lead Sydecar’s legal and compliance function, advise the CEO and product leadership, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and international regulations. Responsibilities include securities and regulatory analysis, commercial agreement negotiation, product and fund-structure guidance, legal-team development, regulatory engagement, external inquiries, stakeholder education, and outside-counsel management. The role requires pragmatic risk assessment, strong communication, strategic judgment, and extensive in-house FinTech or venture-capital legal experience.

Leads a core product engineering team through technical strategy, architecture, execution, and delivery of business-critical initiatives. Partners with Product and Design to translate company goals into impactful software, guides technical decisions, maintains quality and scalability, and develops high-performing engineers and future leaders. The role requires hands-on technical depth, product intuition, cross-functional collaboration, and experience operating in startup or high-growth environments.

As a Senior Fund Accountant, you'll support SPV and fund clients, manage investment transactions, ensure financial reporting, and enhance operational procedures.

Provide legal counsel across corporate governance, product innovation, contracts, fund documentation, compliance, and risk management. Negotiate agreements with customers, partners, and vendors; maintain legal records and knowledge resources; monitor legal and regulatory developments; advise executives and internal teams; and coordinate with external counsel on complex matters in fintech and private investing.

As a Senior Product Manager, own product strategy and execution for deal workflows and operational systems, ensuring usability and compliance in a regulated environment.

Lead hands-on UX design across end-to-end product for investors, deal leads, and operations. Drive research-led strategy, evolve design systems, simplify regulated workflows, mentor product designers, and partner with Product and Engineering to deliver high-quality, data-informed experiences.
