Own the full lifecycle of complex and time-sensitive investment deals, building customer relationships, resolving urgent issues, coordinating with Legal, Tax, and Product teams, and ensuring execution stays on track. The role also identifies product and process improvements, supports customer-facing projects and product discovery, educates Deal Organizers, and helps scale team training and workflows.

Prepare partnership tax returns and Schedules K-1, K-2, and K-3 for SPVs and funds; research complex tax issues; support customers and internal teams; manage tax software vendors; map investment events to tax systems; advise on compliance and planning; and respond to tax notices and audits.

Build and operate Sydecar’s internal developer platform, including CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, cloud infrastructure, shared services, observability, release and test automation, and security foundations. Partner with product engineering teams, lead platform projects, improve developer velocity and system reliability, mentor engineers, participate in architecture reviews, and shape the platform roadmap.
