Provides first-line technical support for employees, resolving hardware, software, account, connectivity, and Google Workspace issues. Responsibilities include managing helpdesk requests, configuring and maintaining IT equipment, supporting onboarding and offboarding, administering user accounts, troubleshooting LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, Internet, and FortiGate firewall issues, maintaining asset records, documenting resolutions, and escalating complex problems.

Manage vehicle sales through auction and wholesale channels in Saudi Arabia. Build relationships with dealers, traders, and wholesale buyers; promote inventory, negotiate commercial terms, achieve sales targets, monitor market pricing, coordinate transactions with internal teams, maintain buyer and sales records, track auction and inventory performance, resolve customer issues, and expand the buyer network.

Reviews vehicle listings, images, 360-degree photography, and technical inspection reports for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance before publication. Verifies vehicle specifications, identifies discrepancies, corrects or escalates incomplete content, documents recurring issues, and recommends process improvements. The role helps ensure reliable vehicle information and a transparent customer buying experience.

Manages outbound procurement activities, supplier and B2B partner relationships, sourcing, negotiation, purchasing, order tracking, vendor onboarding, supplier performance evaluation, and procurement documentation. Coordinates with Sales, Operations, and Logistics to ensure timely delivery and policy compliance.

Owns the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, requirements, backlog management, workflow design, experimentation, KPI tracking, and delivery. Partners with engineering, design, operations, finance, customer experience, and marketing teams to prioritize initiatives, improve user journeys, identify operational gaps, and deliver measurable product impact.

Manage the Executive Office’s daily administrative operations, including calendars, meetings, documentation, communications, action-item follow-up, travel logistics, records, and coordination with senior stakeholders. The role requires discretion, strong organization, proactive ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while supporting executive meetings, special projects, and process improvements.

Oversee Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, payments, reconciliations, collections, compliance, and financial controls. Lead accounting staff, monitor operational KPIs, support period-end close, resolve cross-functional discrepancies, and drive process automation and workflow improvements.
