Own the end-to-end shopping journey across web and app, managing roadmap, backlog, and Scrum ceremonies. Define user stories and acceptance criteria, run A/B tests, monitor funnels and KPIs, coordinate releases, partner with Operations/CX, and support QA/UAT and post-release monitoring to improve discovery and conversion.

Support daily HR operations by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, preparing onboarding materials, and maintaining digital and physical employee records while learning recruitment and HR data management.

Provide hands-on support in bookkeeping, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting. Ensure data accuracy and assist the finance team with daily transaction recording and report preparation.
