Lead national account relationships with brokerages, cluster groups, aggregators, and program partners to drive production growth across homeowners, commercial property, and flood. Develop account strategies, negotiate distribution agreements, partner with regional teams, provide market intelligence to underwriting/pricing, and report on pipeline, GWP trends, and account health. Represent Swyfft at industry events and coordinate cross-functional efforts to scale program placements and delegated authority arrangements.

Manage and grow agency relationships across New Jersey and New York by prospecting, cold calling, and attending events. Serve as a trusted advisor to agents, provide product support and training, promote Swyfft at conferences, and track activity in HubSpot. Collaborate with agents to drive production, answer product inquiries, and stay current on market trends to inform sales strategy.

Execute manual test plans, perform ad-hoc testing, troubleshoot test and production issues, validate data using SQL, create targeted test cases from specs, interpret API documentation, test JSON/XML, and leverage AI tools to optimize manual testing for the company’s policy management system.

Manage and optimize multi-terabyte SQL Server and Azure SQL databases. Own backup/recovery, HA/DR, security controls, performance tuning, SSIS ETL, and partner with dev teams on schema and deployments.

Drive growth in the Dallas territory by building and managing agent relationships, conducting in-person and virtual outreach, providing product support and training, and promoting Swyfft at events. Track agent activity and performance in HubSpot CRM and collaborate with internal teams to execute sales strategy and increase production.

Lead and build Swyfft's marketing function to define brand strategy, drive agent and broker distribution growth, oversee digital and content marketing, translate underwriting into clear product storytelling, manage events and budgets, and provide market intelligence to support expansion in CAT-exposed regions.
