Manages and grows an assigned Southern California agent territory for E&S Commercial and Flood insurance products. Builds and maintains agency relationships through visits, calls, virtual meetings, cold outreach, training, and industry events. Advises agents on products and services, develops growth strategies, tracks activity and revenue potential in HubSpot, monitors market trends and competitors, and promotes the Swyfft brand.
