Supports the Legal Department across disputes, litigation, contract drafting and negotiation, legal research, regulatory monitoring, product and technology reviews, data protection, and internal governance documentation. Works with experienced legal professionals on banking, financial markets, fintech, and corporate law matters during a 6–10 month traineeship.

Leads the Existing Clients team within Business Risk Management, overseeing periodic reviews, ongoing client controls, escalations, regulatory compliance, audits, reporting, and process improvements for corporate and institutional clients. Manages staff performance, recruitment, coaching, stakeholder coordination, and complex risk decisions while partnering with Sales, Compliance, Legal, and senior management across Gland and Zurich.

Leads the Quality Control and Remediations team overseeing final checks for client onboarding and periodic reviews. Manages people and operations, analyzes QC trends, coordinates remediation exercises, supports audits, improves processes, and partners with Compliance, Legal, Sales, and technical teams. Makes independent decisions on complex cases, drives first-time-right outcomes, and coaches team members while ensuring adherence to Swiss regulatory and due diligence standards.
