Support the Compliance Monitoring team by researching client accounts, reviewing client communications, summarizing and translating findings into reports, preparing documentation for Legal, and ensuring timely follow-up of external legal and regulatory requests and deadlines during a three-month assignment.

The Back Office Operations Associate will manage transaction processing, data management, compliance monitoring, and propose process improvements.

Provide administrative and coordination support to Private Clients and Partners Sales: assist with sales administration and account openings, handle requests and correspondence, coordinate with Legal/Compliance and internal teams, support reporting and monitoring, centralize tasks, perform periodic customer due diligence, and contribute to process and tool improvements.
