Design, develop, test, and maintain reliable Java backend services supporting institutional trading applications. Own technical topics end to end, contribute to architecture and integrations, troubleshoot production issues, manage databases and transactional behavior, and improve scalability, resilience, observability, and delivery practices. Collaborate across teams, review code, support production systems, and mentor less experienced engineers.

Operate and modernize production applications on Kubernetes, improving reliability, observability, performance, deployment safety, and operational readiness. Responsibilities include service mesh operations, GitOps and progressive delivery, SLO and KPI definition, failure and load testing, automation, AI-enabled troubleshooting, JVM production support, third-level support, and participation in on-call rotations.
