The role requires Java, Spring Boot, databases, REST services, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, and related distributed systems technologies.

Leads Business Risk Management’s data and transformation agenda by structuring case-management data, building real-time dashboards and management reports, analyzing workloads and SLAs, identifying workflow automation opportunities, and delivering audit and regulatory data extracts. Partners with operational, technical, compliance, and legal teams to convert data into strategic insights and improve reporting infrastructure.

Leads Swissquote’s Controlling & Risk department and a multidisciplinary team of approximately 20 employees. Oversees credit, market, liquidity, operational and regulatory risk management, internal controls, risk governance, reconciliations, stress testing, reporting and regulatory relations. Develops risk frameworks, policies, monitoring standards and maturity initiatives while supporting business transformation, automation and new business assessments. Presents risk matters to executive leadership, the Risk Committee, Board and regulators.
