Lead and support scale-up of lab formulas to production, plan and execute bulk pilot and fill line trials, specify and evaluate packaging and equipment, create manufacturing and line trial protocols, coordinate cross-functional teams (RID, Operations, Quality), train production staff, and optimize processes for successful, sustainable commercial production runs.

The Product Integrity Scientist ensures product safety and compliance in skincare and medical device sectors, managing safety policies, regulatory documentation, and product integrity strategies across global markets.

The scientist will formulate personal care products, conduct experiments, ensure compliance with regulations, and interact with customers.

Operate compounding kettles to add ingredients per approved mixing instructions, follow SOPs and GMP/ISO/OSHA guidelines, verify materials and equipment, record operational data and samples, perform basic tests, lift up to 50 lbs with assistance, and ensure product quality and documentation.

Serve as primary client contact for CDMO finished goods projects, managing 5–8 clients through commercialization. Coordinate cross-functional teams (Quality, Regulatory, Production, Procurement), oversee account setup, pricing/quotations, client communications, reporting, and P&L tracking to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high client satisfaction.

Create comprehensive preliminary cost proposals for CDMO projects, coordinating cross-functionally to gather technical, timeline, equipment and purchasing information. Maintain historical quote databases, analyze ERP and CRM data (Deacom, Salesforce) via Excel, ensure quote routing and financial integrity, resolve cross-functional issues impacting launches, and standardize quoting processes to protect margin and profitability.

The Senior Financial Analyst manages financial reporting, planning, and analytics while improving systems and tools for growth. Responsibilities include preparing reporting packages, coordinating budgeting processes, and analyzing industry trends.

The Senior Scientist leads product formulation development for personal care, ensuring performance and compliance, while managing projects and mentoring staff.
