Supports daily Quality Control operations and leads activities for a 15+ person team in a regulated manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include raw material inspection and release, environmental monitoring, laboratory coordination, investigations, CAPA, QMS oversight, KPI reporting, audit readiness, scheduling, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with GMP, FDA regulations, SOPs, and internal quality standards.

Operate compounding kettles to add ingredients per approved mixing instructions, follow SOPs and GMP/ISO/OSHA guidelines, verify materials and equipment, record operational data and samples, perform basic tests, lift up to 50 lbs with assistance, and ensure product quality and documentation.

Lead formulation development, optimization, and scale-up of color cosmetics and topical skincare products. Manage bench formulation, pilot-plant trials, pigment dispersion and color matching, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, create specifications and technical documentation, and guide commercialization while ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and mentorship of junior staff.
