Provide direct care to senior residents including bathing, dressing, feeding, hygiene, and medication administration per protocol; maintain MARs/TARs and communicate resident status with staff, families, and support personnel.

Plan, organize, and lead the Life Enrichment/Activities program for senior residents. Design activities to support physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being; encourage resident participation; create a warm, engaging atmosphere; coordinate outings and content for newsletters and social channels.

Provide direct caregiving and med-tech duties, coordinate resident care and communications with families and providers, cover open shifts, assist with personal care and hygiene, maintain documentation, oversee medication administration, and train staff on health services.
